Olive Oil Masterclass & Recipe Tasting with Emily Lycopolus
Guided through an official olive oil tasting, this is also a deep dive into the world of olive oil. You’ll walk away knowing how to effectively choose a quality olive oil and be confident in your purchasing decisions.
From sharing fun unique ways to incorporate this historic, healthy and delicious ingredient in everyday life, to exploring olive varieties, growing regions, modern and traditional milling methods, and you will learn how everything affects the taste of your olive oil.
Emily Lycopolus, an Olive Oil Sommelier, will spend 90 minutes describing the oils as you taste them, tell you their character and story, and make recipe suggestions. In our 90 minutes together, there will also be lots of time for Q&A.
