Tandoori Pineapple

 2 tbsp Masala Factory Tandoori Masala(available in-store or enquire online)
 1 tbsp Olive the Best Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp pineapple juice
 juice of 1 lemon
 salt (to taste)
 hot sauce (to taste)
 ½ small fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

In a mixing bowl combine oil, Tandoori Masala, pineapple juice, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce to create a flavourful marinade that highlights the bold essence of the Tandoori Masala.

Add the pineapple chunks to the marinade and coat them well, ensuring every piece is infused with the rich spices. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated pineapple onto wooden skewers.

Air-fry the skewers until they are charred and caramelized - about 10 or 15 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy the delightful balance of sweet and spicy.
