One of the best banana bread recipes from Olive the Best's Janice Robinson!

 1 ¼ cups flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 2 free range eggs
 ½ cup Olive the Best Whole Fused (Eureka) Lemon Olive Oil
 ½ cup sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 ripe bananas
 dried fruit or nuts of your choice

Sift together flour and baking soda.

Mix together remaining ingredients and add flour, stirring until well blended.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
