Slice the top rind of the brie with a sharp knife scoring in a criss cross direction.
Place the brie in a brie baker or oven-proof shallow dish.
Combine pear, walnuts, cranberries and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic in a small saucepan.
Cook 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until pomegranate becomes thicker thus reduces.
Pour the pear walnut pomegranate reduction over the brie and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
