Olive et Cibuloutte Lobster Oil was created in Vancouver BC for “The Cannery” seafood restaurant that for years delighted diners with the freshest seafood dishes, Chef Frederic then developed the lobster oil now offered for sale at Olive the Best.
In a medium bowl, combine egg yolk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Slowly add the lobster and olive oil, mixing with a whisk until the consistency thickens.
Finish with lime juice, sour cream, tabasco and serve.
