I've always loved tuna salad but I gravitate towards the mayo which is higher in fat. It's surprising how much more flavourful this is with Olive the Best Lemon Olive Oil (or try Persian Lime Oil). If you'd like it little creamy, like I do add a couple tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately on an avocado, over butter lettuce or on whole wheat toast.
