Combining fresh tomatoes with balsamic vinegar complements the natural sweetness of tomatoes with the somewhat sweet and tangy acidity of the rose wine balsamic vinegar. 

  cup Olive the Best Rosemary Olive Oil
 3 tbsp Olive the Best Montmorency Cherry Rosé Balsamic
 ½ tsp garlic, minced
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 pinch of salt
 4 fresh tomatoes, sliced
 fresh rosemary sprigs

In a jar combine rosemary olive oil, garlic, mustard, cherry rose balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Add a lid to the jar and shake.

Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate and drizzle the vinaigrette mixture on top.

Garnish with rosemary.
