1 can chickpeas also known as garbanzo beans
1Drain and wash the can of chickpeas.
2Dry them well, then spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3Roast for about 15 minutes at 400°F.
4Remove the chickpeas from the oven and drizzle with olive oil. Stir until all the chickpeas are coated, then sprinkle with "Okanagan Magic"
5Return to oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, stir the chickpeas and roast for 10 minutes more.
6Turn off the oven and let chickpeas cool with the door open.
