Fry the bacon over high heat until just brown and slightly crispy.
Scoop the bacon out with a slotted spoon and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
Add ground beef to the pan and brown then transfer to a dish.
Drain the fat in the pan and add the Chipotle Olive Oil.
Reduce the heat to medium and reduce the heat to medium and cook the onion and garlic until it's translucent.
Add the red peppers and cook until they become soft, about 2 minutes.
Stir in all the spices including a little salt to taste and cook until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir for a moment.
Now add the broth, the browned beef, bacon, beans, corn and Chocolate Balsamic.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for 40 minutes or more.
Top with shredded cheddar, sour cream, scallions or other favourite toppings --- and share.
