A dressing that has a fresh and flavourful combination of Olive the Best's Thai Lemon-Grass Mint white balsamic, Basil olive oil and Strawberry dark balsamic.
Especially good with spinach feta cheese, nuts and strawberries as a salad but you can dress it over poultry or meats as well.

2

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

3

Place whole strawberries on a baking sheet and roast approximately 15 minutes.
(or you can toss whole strawberries in small amount of basil olive oil and grill them on BBQ)

4

Remove them from the grill or oven and cool.

Preparing the Dressing
5

Place all ingredients, except olive oil, into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

6

With blender/processor on low, very gradually drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify. Adjust seasoning as needed.

7
