The blood orange olive oil is a perfect complement to the cinnamon, maple, butter and vanilla flavours in this breakfast treat.
Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Maple Balsamic and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.
Dip bread (brioche) in egg mixture, then fry slices using Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil until golden brown (remember to flip and cook the other side).
Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter Infused Olive Oil.
