Creating your own salad dressing is easy and good for you. Bypass the store salad dressings, which are heaving in sugar and calories, and instead make this healthy alternative that brings your salads to life.

 ¼ cup of your favourite Olive the Best white or dark balsamic
 ½ cup of your favourite Olive the Best Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 Small shallot, minced
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper

Whisk all ingredients together (except of the olive oil) until blended.

Gradually whisk in the olive oil, blending well.

Serve immediately and watch your guests smile and tell you how great your salad is!

For fun variation, consider adding some Mediterranean flair by using our Garlic or Tuscan Herb olive oil.
