Description
Typical of southern France and name for the Nice area is the legendary “Nicoise Olives”. The Nicoise Olive are small in size, yet has flavour characteristics bold enough to stand up to Parmigiano-Reggiano and aged blue cheeses. It is a petite olive with a large pit and yet, its flavour is so highly prized by those living in the region that only a limited amount is available for export.
