Get chilled with this refreshing agua fresca made with fresh melon and Olive the Best Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar.

Blend fruit, 3 cups of water, and Cucumber White Balsamic. Puree until it’s completely smooth.
To remove some of the sediment, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
Try it and if you'd like it sweeter add more balsamic.
Serve immediately over ice, or refrigerate it for up to 72 hours.
