Cooking up apricots is fairly easy but let's ramp up the flavour using our Blushing Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic.... once you try it you won't ever want to go without.

 1 ½ tbsp unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
 5 apricots
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 2 tsp Olive the Best Blushing Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic
 ½ tsp vanilla
  tsp nutmeg

Heat sauté pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat until melted.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine apricots with coconut sugar, balsamic vinegar, vanilla extract and nutmeg. Toss to combine.

Add apricot mixture to pan and cook until sauce thickens and apricots just slightly start to fall apart, about 8-10 minutes.

Serve warm or chilled.
You can serve over pork or poultry, in baking as well as a topping on yogurt or ice cream.
