Cranberries are always prevalent around the festive holiday season but is thirst quenching in summer too.
These berries give a tart yet sweet but flavourable taste when using Olive the Best Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic.
This will give you loads of vitamin C and is only 74 calories per serving!

 ½ cup cranberries
 2 tbsp sugar
 3 whole cloves
 sparkling water
 frozen cranberries

Combine cranberries, 1/3 cup water, Cranberry-Pear white balsamic vinegar, sugar and whole cloves in a saucepan.

Boil then reduce heat.

Cover and leave on low heat until the cranberries aren't puffy. This should be about 10 minutes or so.

Once this mixture has cooled, press it through a sieve then chill for a couple hours.

Divide equally between two ice-filled glasses and top with sparkling water or club soda.
